Hi I did my certification mta database fundamentals long back. In my dashboard I can see my transcript but I did not found download option. How can I download my certificates?

Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to download your certificate. We will be happy to help you.
To download your certificate, please follow the next steps:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
Select the option "Credentials" in the navigation menu, located at the left side of the screen.
In case you have not connected your Certification Profile yet, please click the button "Connect certification profile."
To download your Certificates, select "View more details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
To download, head over to the Printer drop down and choose either "Save to PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF".
To claim and share your Certification, select "View more details" and then "Share."
For Exam Badges, select "Share."
If you don't have your certificate available on your account, to provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
We are looking forward to your information. Just a heads up, remember to only send your private information through private message, in order to protect your data.
If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.
