How can I download the PDF of the certification that I acquired ?

I recently passed my Azure administrator associate exam after paying $99 exam fee. It is so hard to browse through the certification. Is this done on purpose ? If so, what is the purpose? I cant download the certificate in a PDF or Jpeg file without using print option. And with print option the PDF is scaled so small that its almost illegible. What's the trick? Do I need to pay Microsoft more $$ to download the certificate I already earned ?

Hi Kamalika.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

As we understand from your post, you would like to know how to download your Certifications. We are happy to help!

To access and share your Certifications, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Certifications" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen.

  5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."

  6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

  7. To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

Alternatively, you can also set your Learn profile view to public. This will allow anyone with your Learn profile's URL to view your display name, Learn achievements, Collections, and Q&A contributions.
