As we understand from your post, you have recently passed a renewal exam, and you would like to know how to access your Microsoft Certification. We are happy to help!
To access and share your Certifications, please follow the steps below:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
Select "Certifications" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen.
Before accessing your Certificates, you may need to connect your Certification Profile to this platform. In that case, please click the "Connect certification profile" button.
To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.
To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

To provide you with further assistance if you are not finding your certificate with the steps provided, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
We are looking forward to your information. Just a heads up, remember to only send your private information through private message, in order to protect your data.
If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.
