How can I extend the use of a voucher that has an expiry date for an exam I intend to reschedule due to non-availability of test centre because of Covid_19 pandemic.

Hello,  I will like to find out if it is possible to still use my voucher whose expiry date is 31st May,  2020 to reschedule my exam to a date beyond 31st May,  2020. My test centre had notified me of closure of centre due to Covid_19 pandemic and advised I reschedule the exam to a new date provided. When trying to reschedule to a new date,  the system notified me it won't be possible as the voucher's expiry date won't accommodate the new changes. I saw extension of date for voucher use on your site. 

I will appreciate if I can benefit from this extension on my voucher too.  Thanks.
