How can I link certiport certificate with microsoft learning dashboard?

I have given AI-900 in*************and have the transcript and score available on Certiport but I am unable to access them on MS Learning dashboard. I would appreciate if you can help me link them!

I need to do this asap as I have to give the microsoft transcript id to my company and they won't accept certiport .

My email is same as the certiport here. I also have my MCID available on certiport, not sure how I can merge those two.

I also think because I didnt access the dashboard until two years so it might have deactivated , in which case kindly help me through too

Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to merge your Certification Profiles from Certiport and MS Learn, so you can have all your certifications visible on Learn.

We require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team. You can provide this information to your employer:

  • Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

  • In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
