How can I link my work learning account to my personal certification account?

I go to my work learning profile and then settings where there is an "Account Management" section that says you can have up to five work/school accounts and one personal account linked to your profile, but when I click "Add Account" and login with my personal account it just brings me back to the settings page and my personal account is not listed under "Linked Accounts".  I've done all my learning progress on my work account, but my certification profile is under my personal account, what are my options to be able to "share" learning progress and certs between both accounts?

The team that you have reached is Microsoft Certification Program that supports certification profile, certificates and exams that are being taken from the Learning Site.

 

MS Learn is a different platform from the Microsoft Certification program.

 

Since both are different platform, to link a personal or work email address, you may follow the steps below:
