Hi, Vasavi.
Thank you for sharing the information requested through Private Message.
Before we Merge your Certification Profiles, we must Migrate your original MCID to a new Microsoft account, as it is currently not associated with one, and we cannot Merge a Profile in this state.
To proceed with the Migration, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.
2. Copy and paste the following URL into the private window's address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate
3. Access using a new Microsoft account. Please use a new account in this step, as the account used here must not be associated with a Certification Profile, which means that it cannot be the same one you have shared with us.
4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option "Home." You can then copy and paste the URL from Step 2 into the search bar.
5. After you have selected the option "Home," it will open a new window to the Member Site, as shown in the image below.
6. Once this page has loaded, please delete the URL, and paste this one:
7. After pasting the URL and pressing enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the blank fields with the MCID and Access Code that we shared with you via Private Message.
Once you finish this process, please let us know. As soon as we receive your response, we will proceed and Merge your Certification Profiles.
Please abstain from connecting this Certification Profile to the Microsoft Learn platform, as this could delay the Merger.
We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
Best regards,
