How can I login to my microsoft account using my MS ID?

I have 2 microsoft IDs created bymistake using same email ID. I have cleared AZ-900 exam using my 1st ID and now I am not able to login through that ID to view my certificate. Its been more than 10 days since a cleared my exam.

I have 2 MS IDs and I am aware which MS ID I used to clear my exam. How can I login using my MS ID?
