How can I merge two Microsoft Certification profiles

How can  I merge two Microsoft Certification profiles and keep one ID

The consolidation of your MCIDs was made by our colleague in the thread: I have 2 MCP IDs. How do I get them merged ?.

We have verified the process and listed the credentials via private message as well.


Please verify the status of the certification dashboard and let us know if you require further assistance or have other inquiries. If no response is received we will proceed to close and lock the case in the next business day, once locked it will not be possible to respond over either channel.
