how can i register to pass the online exam AZ 104

When I try to register for the exam, I chose a country (Ukraine) to follow when going to the next page, I always have this message

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

Thank you for posting your query.

 

Kindly try the below steps .

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to settings -> Security and Privacy - > Cookies & other site data -> Click on allow cookies.
  3. Then close the windows & open an incognito or an in-private window.
  4. Open the below link in private/incognito window -Exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator - Learn | Microsoft Docs
  5. Click on schedule exam (Pearson VUE)
  6. Login with your personal email address (Microsoft certification email address)
  7. In your certification profile, kindly make sure that all the required fields are filled.
  8. Click on exam discount
  9. In the eligibility tab, enter the email address which you had registered for the event.
  10. You will be receiving a pop up to link the account, Kindly click on link account & again you will be directed to a login page.
  11. Please login with the email address which is registered for the event.
  12. Again enter the email address registered for the event in the eligibility tab.
  13. You will find the voucher on top, Click on claim.
  14. Click on schedule exam & proceed further, you will find the order amount as “0$” in the order checkout page.

Kindly try this and let me know if the issue persists.
