How can I retake my exam? The screen froze

Hi, what do I do? I was writing a PL-300 exam and my screen froze( It’s just blank) No way to move forward to the next question and my timer is counting down. I took a picture of the screen as proof but no way to send it. I just see a white screen and nothing more. Help please. The exam costs a lot .
