How come that even though I did intend the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals training I receive an e-mail stating I did not? I was there and would still like to receive the voucher.

Hi,

I was very surprised when I received an e-mail stating that I missed out on the Azure Fundamentals training, since I was there during the full length of the 2 sessions and it now seems I won't be getting the free voucher.

I have followed the 2 sessions that I copied in this message below, from my gmail address and had to fill in my mail address while attending them. So how come I now receive a message I did not attend them? I would like to receive the exam voucher since I was counting on doing the exam this weekend after having attended both sessions.

Please help.

We had a system glitch in the backend which triggered those emails to the attendees.

Could you please try availing the discount.

While scheduling the exam on your Microsoft Certification profile make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

On the Exam Discount page, enter your registered email address and Check Eligibility to avail voucher less exam. Please try in In-private browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and let me know if you face any issue.

Learners who faced similar issue were able to redeem their free exam after following the below troubleshooting steps. Hence, we request you to try the below steps multiple times until you succeed:

·         Sign-out from the browser

·         Clear cache

·         Delete cookies

·         Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or

·         even try on a different browser and redeem the offer using the email address that was used to register for the training.
