How do I add my Alison Certifications, EC-Council Learning Certifications and Cybrary Certifications to my Microsoft Learn Transcript?

I sent the transcript of my CompTIA Certifications as well yestserday and I'm yet waiting for them to be added up as well. You can however close the ticket now.
