How do I change my associated LxP account?

Hello,

I was employed for company X in the past but I have moved to company Y.

While I try to log in with my work account I get the error:

It's looks like you've tried to sign-in with email address NAME@Y-Company which is not associated with your LxP account. Please sign-out and try to sign-in with email NAME@X-Company.

How can I use my current mail address to use ESI?
