If you obtain the voucher through attending an event, please be advised that voucher depends on the terms and conditions. Usually you may locate the expiration date to the email you received after you completed the event. You may also contact their support team for further information.
However, if you are an ESI Learner, It will not expire as long as you are affiliated with the organization. For more information you may contact ESI support team. I have provided the contact details through the private message.
Meanwhile, for us to provide further details kindly provide your voucher details and how did you obtain it along with the requested information through the private message. This will allow us to verify and locate your account.
