How do I download a score report for a completed certification through Pearson Vue? The updated certification dashboard no longer appears to have a method to go to the certification provider to obtain these.

Allow me to provide you with information on how you can access your score report for the exam you have taken in Pearson VUE.
To check for the alternative option on how you can view the details on your score report, I suggest the workaround below:
1. Access the Pearson VUE dashboard using the email address associated with your certification profile. Please wait until the PVUE dashboard is fully loaded.
2. Click on "View score reports" option under My account section.
3. Locate the exam for which you wish to view the score report, then select the “View” button. This will automatically download your score report.
Please let me know how things turns out.
Otherwise, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond.
