I took an exam AZ-500 and passed it.
I get the email correspondence saying I passed the exam, but I'm not able to login with what I thought was my user name.
I tried to reset it, but find that I'm not able to.

Hi, OSALQU.
Thank you for sharing the information requested through Private Message.
To update the Microsoft account associated with your Certification Profile, we must complete the Migration process. To proceed with the Migration, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.
2. Copy and paste the following URL into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate
3. Access using a new personal Microsoft account (MSA). Please use your desired Microsoft account in this step, as the account used here will be associated with your Certification Profile.
4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option "Home." You can then copy and paste the URL from Step 2 into the search bar.
5. After selecting the option "Home," you will be redirected to the Member Site, as shown in the image below.
6. Once this page has loaded, please delete the URL, and paste the following:
7. After pasting the URL and pressing enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the blank fields with the MCID and Access Code that we shared with you via Private Message.
Once you finish this process, please let us know if you can connect your Certification Profile and access your Certificate by signing into your Learning dashboard with your new account and selecting "Certifications" in the navigation menu.
If your request has been resolved, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.
If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.
Best regards,
