How do I get a copy of my MCTS MS Project 2016 Certification

To confirm, may I know on which website did you earn the certification?

 

If you passed it from the Learning site you can download your certificates by signing in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

 

In case that you no longer have the access, your account may temporarily disabled due to inactivity if you haven’t signed in on your profile within 12 months.

 

To check, please provide the information requested in the private message I have initiated by clicking the image below:

 

Moreover, below are the reasons why the benefits would not appear on your account:

 

  • Different information such as email, name format, home address, phone number and etc. were used during the exam registration/ visiting the Member site.

  • The system did not recognize your previous MC ID in exam registration/visiting the Member site.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
