How do I get a replacement certificate

To Microsoft support,

I am trying to get a replacement ID card for my Microsoft certified professional status as mine was stolen when my car was broken in to.

I’m unable to log into the online system because I no longer have my access code. It was sent to me in an email back in 2012 and I can’t access the emails that far back anymore.

Are you able to advise how I can get a replacement ID card please and a new access code.

Thank you
