How do I get credits from Microsoft Learn courses I completed when it was MEC?

I completed a number of modules in the old Microsoft Education Centre which are present in my Microsoft Learn Education Center profile. However, my new profile hasn't transferred the XP points and it also looks like I have to do the course again to gain the credit towards the Learning path they belong to (21st Century Learning Design Path). How do you update my profile to fully represent the historical training I have already completed.
