How do I get proof of MCSE NT4.0 cert from 1998?

Hi,

I got my MCSE in October 1998. All I have now are the individual Sylvan Prometric paper transcripts for each of the individual 6 exams I took to achieve the award. I also still have my prometric Candidate ID. This is all I have, however, I will like to get a certificate proof of my MCSE from then.

Is there a way for me to get this?

When registering for exams in the future, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current Microsoft certification profile. This would ensure that the exams get updated under your existing profile.

Once  account is completely associated to your personal email address then you will be able to download your certificate and transcript to show as proof for your certification you may follow the steps to download your certificate and transcript.
