I’ve followed every step possible to see how I can launch my exam to no avail. I don’t even see any appointments labeled on the accounts. I need help plz!

I recognize you are having trouble accessing your scheduled exam, and I am aware of how important it is for you to have this in your visibility. Rest assured that I will provide you with all the relevant information you need.
For us to locate and verify your account, kindly provide the necessary details through the private message I initiated.
Please be advised that usually, once scheduling was successful you will receive a confirmation email. From there, you can access the link provided to launch the exam.
You may check the Spam or Junk folder of your email, as sometimes your email may mark messages from unknown senders as malicious. You may also check your other email address (if any).
If in any case the link sent along with the email confirmation of your scheduled exam is not working to access your exam, as an alternative, you may also access it through your certification dashboard. For your reference, you may follow the steps below:
Sign into Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you used to schedule your exam. Once logged in, click on the Learn profile photo avatar
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
Select Credentials from the menu inside your profile.
Then click the Certifications tab. Once you're able to view the upcoming exam appointments, you may click the "Go to Exam".
Meanwhile, in the event that you missed your exam due to not being able to launch the exam, kindly coordinate with your exam delivery provider for immediate assistance and check possible options and recommendations. Kindly refer to their contact information below:
Peason VUE: Customer service :: Microsoft :: Pearson VUE (please know that their response usually takes 3–5 business days)
Furthermore, if in any case you have utilized a company discount, it is best to contact the ESI Support team. You may inform them of the situation that you have, as they have the ability to collaborate with your exam provider to further check your case. Please refer to our private message for their contact details.
Once you have an open ticket with them, kindly share the Case ID with me, so I can check the progress of your case on your behalf.
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.
