How do I link my AI-900 certificate from Certiport account to Microsoft account profile?

I have passed AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals in *Removed* and this certificate is displayed in my certiport account. I want to link that to my Microsoft account- however, I do not see any answers in the Microsoft forum that are helpful.

There are several answers but none are correct.

As a MS certificate holder, I should be able to link the credential with the certificate identifier or, since Certiport is certification partner of Microsoft, the linking should be automatic.

Very surprising to see this basic feature missing or not properly addressed, causing lot of concerns to learners who value Microsoft credentials.

Hello, Kaustav!

Welcome to Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you require assistance to align your Microsoft Account with your Certification Profile in order to visualize your certifications earned through Certiport. We will gladly assist.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please let us know if you have additional questions regarding this matter.

We will be attentive to your comments. After one business day without an answer, the thread will be concluded.

Kind regards,
