How do I link my partner university account to my organization?

I am logged into my partner center account via my work email. It shows I have successfully linked my partner center account to my Microsoft learn personal account for Microsoft exams & certifications and this is working properly. My partner center account is also showing that it is linked to my Partner University account. However, when I log into partner university I do not see my organization linked and only see my previous organizations linked.

Based on your inquiry we understand that you have linked correctly your organization with your Learn account; however, in the Partner Center the old organization is still linked. We are happy to help you!

 

After reviewing, we can confirm that your inquiry is not an issue from Microsoft Learn Account. Please note that we have limited access to the Microsoft Partner and the Partner platform, as we provide support only for the Learn Account and individual profiles (MSA).

Due to that reason, we recommend contacting our Partner Center team, since they are the ones that should verify your partner account in their platform:
