how do I merge my certiport account with my Microsoft account so I can view my certificate on my Microsoft certificate

I just wrote the az fundamentals and im trying to link my certificate from certiport to my Microsoft account

Please know that our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

 

At the moment the Team is working in this process to solve the inconvenience. However, we do not have an ETA. In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience and for any delay in responding to your case submission.

We invite you to keep checking the platform to see if the problem has been resolved. In the meantime, we recommend sharing your certifications and badges through Certiport.
