How do I receive my certifications if I took the exams in high school?

I took a dual credit class in high school called Microsoft Office Specialist and took/passed exams for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. My professor said we would get a Microsoft Office Specialist certification and I received a digital certificate for it at the end of the course after acing the exam. And, now I don't have any way to retrieve this information now as it's been some time and my school email is deactivated. That would’ve been early-mid 2018-2019. How can I resolve this?

Hi, essedat

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you want to recover your Certiport Certifications.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

Please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience and for any delay in responding to your case submission.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. If there is anything that we can do for you, let us know. If we do not receive a response after one business day, the case will be closed and locked.

Sincerely,

Isabel Lopez.
