How do I Reopen a Closed Support ticket? As they ignored me and closed ticket.

I responded to the Support Team from within a private message with the Support team. They said I never responded and so they closed issue ticket. I need to reopen ticket because I DID respond. How do Reopen a support ticket?

As we understand, your issue was not solved and your ticket was closed.

We have started a Private Message where we will request details regarding your account to complete the evaluation process. You can access this private message on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:
