How long it will take to appear the certification in dashboard

The certificate will be available on your dashboard within 24-48 hours after passing the last required exam of the certification path.

Congratulations in passing 70-778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI (retiring January 31, 2021). To obtain to obtain the certificate for MCSA: BI Reporting, you will need to complete one more pre-requisite which is exam 70-779: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Excel (retiring January 31, 2021)

On the other hand, there are other ways to show proof of passing the exam you can download or share badge and transcript. Below are the steps to download badge:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Certification Dashboard

2. On the “Your dashboard” page, please click on 'Download' under “Badges”, “transcript”.

3. On the “Badges” “transcript” page, select the badges(s) that you would like to download.

4. Please click on the “PDF” button. An "OPEN, SAVE, SAVE AS" bar will pop-up at the bottom of the page.

Once the other exam is completed and the certificate is obtained, the certification number is found at the lower left part of the certificate under date of achievement. Please see image below:
