How long will it take for generate a certificate after passing a azure exam?

I successfully completed the az-900 exam on *Removed*. still, my certificate is not available in the Microsoft certificate dashboard.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you are unable to see your Azure Fundamentals certificate on your Learn Profile. We will gladly help.

Please take into account that the system takes from 24 to 48 hours to update the information on the dashboard once you have completed and passed an exam.

First, please follow the troubleshooting steps below, to rule out browser-related issues: 

 

  1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge). 

  2. Clear cache and cookies (Steps here), make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and then click Delete.  

  3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, then click Delete. 

  4. Allow all third-party cookies through browser settings. 

  5. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet Explorer. 

 

If there are no changes, please let us know to proceed with further actions that come to a resolution for the issue.

We will be attentive to your comments. Take into account that after two business days of inactivity, the case will be closed and locked.
