How to add my MOS certificate from certiport to my Microsoft Learn profile.

I recently earned my Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification through Certiport, but I'm unsure how to add it to my Microsoft Learn profile. I'm using the same email address for both accounts.

There is an issue with the API link between Certiport and Microsoft Learn. Exams and certifications taken on Certiport are not currently being added to the Learn profiles.

This is being worked on, along with a number of other issues, and you need to wait for the fixes to be applied.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to add your Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification obtained through Certiport to your Learn Profile, so you can have all your certifications visible on Learn.

We require informing you that it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

  • Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

  • In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
