How to apply my discount when schedule an exam

I completed the 30 day challenge and received a 50% discount code. When I tried to schedule an exam, on the discount page, it only showed "No available discount" and I couldn't find a space that allowed me to enter the discount code manually.

I can sense the significant help it would provide you by utilizing your discount code from the Microsoft Challenge you attended; however, it appears that it is not associated with your email. Thus, allow me to provide you with recommendations to solve this issue.

Since you obtained your voucher from the Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge | 30 Days to Learn It event, it is stated in the details section of the page that a voucher code will be provided via email upon completing the challenge. The said voucher code received will then be used to avail yourself of the discount at the checkout page upon the registration of your exam.

With this, kindly proceed with following the Register and schedule an exam steps again, but this time you may skip the Discounts section of the scheduling process as this is for redeeming voucher-less (connected to emails) discounts only. Please continue with the exam registration, until you reach the Payment and Billing Information section, then select “Add Voucher or Promo Code” and follow the on-screen instructions to apply your voucher discount.

However, if you are still unable to apply your discount after following the steps above, kindly provide a step-by-step screenshot of the process using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device), starting from the sign-in page up until the last step, along with the requested information through the private message I have initiated.
