Hi Kedar,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I would suggest in contacting your exam provider (Pearson VUE) directly to reschedule the exam, since they have the available time/date slots visible from their system.

You may contact Pearson VUE by using the link below:

Contact: 855-542-6924, +1-952-905-7472 (toll)

https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

Moreover, you may cancel/reschedule your exam by logging to your Microsoft dashboard, and under the “Appointment” section, select the exam we would like to cancel or reschedule, once selected click “Cancel/Reschedule”, and you will be redirected to the exam provider site.

Also note that, the reschedule and cancellation fee will be waived temporarily by Microsoft as long as you cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled exam.

To know more about our exam reschedule and cancellation policy you may click this link.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question so we may continue in assisting you. This case will now be closed and locked.
