Hi Vlad Soporean!

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft’s Community.

As we understand, you need to transfer your Certification profile from a personal account to a work account. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

Please note that, per design, your Certification Profile must be associated with a personal Microsoft account (MSA) and cannot be associated with a work or school account (AAD).

However, your Learn profile will allow you to connect one personal account (MSA) and up to five work or school accounts (AAD) at a time.

To connect a new work account to your Learn profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in using your personal Microsoft account (MSA).

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."

  4. Under the "Account management" section, click "Add account."

  5. Sign in using your desired work or school account (AAD).

For a more detailed guide on this matter, please visit the article: Manage your Microsoft Learn profile | Microsoft Learn

In case your organization requires you to connect your Certification Profile/Learning account to the Partner Center, please follow the steps listed in the article: How to link your MCP profile to a partner organization - Developer Support

If you require further assistance regarding your Certification Profile, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

We hope that this information helps resolve your concern. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Best regards,

Sebastian Florez.
