How to change Legal Name in Certification Profile?

Hello Microsoft Certification Support,

I will have an Exam (AZ-900) registration but my name is incorrect on my profile. My name is ***removed*** but I see another name as my Legal Name on my certification profile.

Can you please change my Legal Name or help me to change that?

As we understand, you wish to change your name.

 

Please keep in mind that your Certification profile must match your ID, so we highly recommend you use the name that appears on your international passport in case you are required to verify that information with an official ID.

Also when filling out any personal information for the Certification Profile, the system only allows the use of Latin basic alphabet, please avoid special characters such as: ă, â, á, é, í, î, ó, ẹ, ị, ł, ọ, ụ, ã, ả, ẻ, ỉ, ỏ, ủ, ñ, č, ď, ě, í, ň, ř, š, ș, ş, ť, ț, ú, ů, ž, đ, \, /, ., *, ?, :.

 

If you wish to proceed with the legal name change, please fill in this form: Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form and share with us your Ticket ID through Private Message.  

 

To use the Private Message Feature please look at the right side of the page and click the icon seen in the image below:

We were informed that, they have not been able to update your name because the name on the profile that you wish to change is completely different than Samira Rahighi. With this they have requested that you send proof that the Certification profile MCID: Private Messages - Microsoft Community is your account, please remember to send this proof on the same case forum for your name change.
