How to change Partner University account

Hello, something went wrong... I have to associate Microsoft learning profile with my personal account. Now my certificate is registered with work account. But I can't select work account instead of personal to reach my certificate information and remove it to personal account.

I've tried to use Remove access button, take off mark from field Use >removed<..... Nothing works. PLease, help.
