How to check my Microsoft professional program certificate online?

Hello,

I joined and paid the MPP program and got the certificates, but Microsoft retired that program and now I even can't see my certificates anymore(in the past I'm able to see my certificates online and use it to prove the reality). Is there any way can add this program record to my microsoft account, or is there any other way to see final achievement certificate? We all know the final certificate carrys way more than the individual edx course certificate, and that's what we pay for.

Thank you so much, and I think as a popular program with expensive course fee, we need it to show online, to demonstrate to our employers, recruiters, and use for our promotion.

Thank you

Hello, Jing.

Welcome to Microsoft Community. We hope this message finds you well.

We understand from your post that you would like to transfer an MPP Certificate to a Microsoft Certification.

We know you understand Microsoft Certification Program is a different platform from MPP.

Taking into account that MPP retired on January 31, 2020 and candidates were advised to download all of their certifications until the end of February before the website retired as well, their support also retired.

If you completed the courses with Edx, they should still provide you verified certificates for each course completed through their site. But the MPP Data Science certificate is no longer available if it was not downloaded.

Additionally, once a Certification is retired, it gets immediately replaced for another one that is based on the most recent Microsoft technologies. We kindly invite you to be attentive to your email for notices about replacements of the Exams you have taken.

Please visit the following link to verify the Certifications that will be retired as well, Microsoft Retired Certifications.

Hope this information helps you. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.

Wishing you a wonderful week,

Isabel Lopez.
