How to check which MS Partner my MCID is linked to?

Hi.

I would like to check to which Microsoft Partner my MCP ID is linked to. I have checked my account and profile at Microsoft Learn and also logged into the Microsoft Partner Portal to check, without success.

As a person with certifications:

1. What options are there for me to check this?

2. What is the procedure to link my MCP ID to a partner, from my perspective? I cannot remember having had to approve such a link recently.
