I recognize how important it is for you to use the 50% discount voucher for your Azure fundamentals exam. Allow me to provide guidance and clarification in applying the discount.

Please be advised that there was an update on the 8th of July 2024 with the Microsoft Learn experience and one of the changes is that the discount process is simplified. Discounts will appear automatically in the Pearson VUE shopping cart and at the checkout screen. With this, to apply the 50% discount from the Microsoft Virtual Training Day event, learners must enter the voucher code manually on the checkout page on Pearson VUE's portal.

You can refer to the Vouchers and redeeming discounts for additional information. Please note that the MVTD discount cannot be combined with other discounts and is only valid for 90 days from the date of receiving the discount code. You can refer to the MVTD sticky post and MVTD Exam FAQ to learn more.

Thank you for the information. I have followed all the steps mentioned. However, the discount is not applying automatically for me.

Please be advised that the discounts from the new MVTD event are not applied automatically and are manual voucher codes attached to the "Thanks for joining" email. In any case, kindly share a PDF copy of the email and a step-by-step screenshot using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) and follow the steps provided below:

Additionally, please share it with me through the private message that I initiated along with the requested information. This will allow us to verify your profile and investigate this issue further.

1. Open the latest Microsoft Edge, use InPrivate and clear cache and cookies.

2. Go to Microsoft Learn and login using your profile.

3. Register for your AZ-900 exam. Please make sure that the information provided on the "Transfer to Pearson VUE" page are correct.

4. Continue the steps until you reach the Checkout page.

5. Click on the "add voucher or promo code" and enter the voucher code from the MVTD thanks for joining email.

After the voucher is successfully applied, you should see the price reduced by 50%. Meanwhile, if you encounter any issues, please let me know.
