Scheduled for an exam at 5pm but I keep losing power due to a winter storm, how can I reschedule?

You can log onto your certification dashboard to reschedule the exam yourself if it has been 24 to 30 hours since the exam appointment.
If you are unable to reschedule, please contact Pearson VUE customer service teamfor assistance.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else within 48 hours, otherwise the thread will be automatically closed and locked.
