How to contact Microsoft Learn?

Hi,

Quick question: how to contact Microsoft Learn support center?

I was not able to launch my exam and I have contacted the PersonVue. They opened a ticket and they said that they will send an update on a certain email. This email is different email that I have. They said I need to contact Microsoft to change my email to correct one. Here is the question - how to contact Microsoft Learn? I have paid 200 eur for the exam and I would like to take the exam!

Please help!

I understand that you need assistance with changing the email address so that you can receive an update from Pearson VUE, and I know how important it is to reach out to the right support to resolve your concern. Nothing to worry about as you have contacted the right support team to assist with your query and to check all possible options on how to proceed with your exam.

For us to locate your profile and to verify the status of your exam, kindly provide us the needed details through Private Message that I have initiated along with the Case ID provided by Pearson VUE so that we can follow-up with them on your behalf. This will also help us to determine the next course of action to take in updating your preferred email address. Please see below image for reference on how to access your private message:

Meanwhile, you can also access and update your certification profile such as changing the email notification by following the steps below:

  1. Sign into Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you use to sign into your certification profile.

  2. Click your profile photo avatar or name initials in the upper right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Scroll to the Connected certification profile section.

  4. Select Manage certification profile and exam discounts.

  5. In the certification profile, select the "Edit profile” button to activate editing.

  6. Update your information and select the “Submit” button to save your changes.
