For us to locate your profile and to verify the status of your exam, kindly provide us the needed details through Private Message that I have initiated along with the Case ID provided by Pearson VUE so that we can follow-up with them on your behalf. Meanwhile, you can also access and update your certification profile such as changing the email notification by following the steps below:
Sign into Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you use to sign into your certification profile.
Click your profile photo avatar or name initials in the upper right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll to the Connected certification profile section.
Select “Manage certification profile and exam discounts”.
In the certification profile, select the "Edit profile” button to activate editing.
Update your information and select the “Submit” button to save your changes.
