How to deal with "Umlaute" like ö,ä,ü

As we understand, you want to update the information displayed in your Certification profile to take an exam. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

Please bear in mind that special characters, such as "ö" are not allowed on our platform. Only characters within the English alphabet can be entered when creating your Certification Profile and updating your information.

In these cases, instead of the special character, we advise entering its English equivalent or the closest letter in the English alphabet (ö to o).

Once you receive an update from the Legal Name Change department, please let us know to see if everything was solved.
