How to download score report

Hi

I am looking to get a print out of the score report they give you the day you take the exam. I have a print out but it does not show me what my percentage was for each area. I think this was a problem at the testing center but never the less I would like to know. It does NOT show up in the transcript section on Microsoft learn so I'm hoping there is another way to get this information.

Hello, M Drynan.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.

Based on your inquiry, it seems you are interested in learning how to download your Score Report. We are here to assist!

There are two ways to share your achievements through your Learning dashboard. You can share your Certificates individually via the "Credentials" tab, or collectively through your official Transcript.

To access your Certifications and Score Reports, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

  2. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

  4. Select "Credentials" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen, then select "Certifications."

  5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."

  6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

  7. To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

  8. To download your Score Reports, scroll down to the "Past exams" section.

  9. Select "View details on provider's site" to be taken to the Exam provider's dashboard.

  10. Once there, select the "View" button.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you or if you run into any trouble. We will be happy to help.
