How to enroll for the PL400 exam?

I currently have a voucher from Shell to redeem for the PL400 developer certification.

However, I find it challenging to navigate between Vue and then create a certification profile then find the course in your offerings.

I am unable to find one stop shop for the answers. Could someone assist please?

To locate and verify your account, we kindly request you to provide us with the necessary information through private message for us to have this check and review.

For immediate assistance, if you are trying to utilize a company discount in scheduling your exam, it is best to reach out to the ESI Support Team through your work email, kindly visit the private message regarding the ESI contact information. Also, they are the ones who can collaborate with Pearson VUE to successfully schedule your exam. They typically respond within 3-5 business days. 

Meanwhile, if you are not scheduling an exam using a company discount, please reach out to Pearson VUE and ask for further guidance in scheduling an exam. They usually respond within 3-5 business days. 

For further assistance needed at our end after your interaction with the Support Team, kindly provide the ESI/Pearson VUE Case ID number along with the necessary information to the private message this will allow us to further check and review.

For reference, if you are referring to scheduling an exam, to ensure that there will be no browser-related issue while registering for an exam kindly consider the following steps below:

 

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito. 

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings. 

  3. Sign into Learn account.

  4. Then access the Browse Credentials and select the Exam AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions - Certifications | Microsoft Learn exam. 

  5. Check that all the required fields with an asterisk* are correctly filled and remove any Special Characters (like.,( ) \! @ # etc.,) from your information on your certification profile.

  6.  If you're using a discount, you can check Vouchers and Redeeming discount on how you can use your discount.

  7. Follow the on-screen steps to select a location, schedule your exam appointment, and complete payment.

If you are referring to a different type of voucher in scheduling your exam, please let us know by providing us with the necessary information through private message for us to have this check and review.
