I got the 50% Voucher for any exam. The voucher expiration date was ***REMOVED***. I also schedule ***REMOVED*** to allow myself sufficient preparation time. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue on the exam day, I was unable to start the exam. Despite being in contact with Pearson VUE support to resolve the issue, the check-in window closed. I encountered several issues that prevented me from taking the exam despite using the same condition that I have used successfully in the past for online exams. Specifically:
Technical Issues: I faced unexpected technical difficulties that caused significant delays. I have used the same setup before without any issues, I passed the speed test, so I am unsure why these problems occurred this time.
Repeated Requests from Proctor: The proctor repeatedly asked me to show my table, this repeated action caused confusion and further delays, and finally I exit the windows for 3 ties, changing 3 proctors, ultimately leading to my inability to start the exam within the allowed time.
I immediately opened a case and requested a new slot for ***REMOVED**, but was informed that waiting for support specialist to give me an alternative options. As a result, my voucher expired without the opportunity to take the exam. Pearson VUE has advised me to contact you to request an extension of the voucher validity. I kindly ask for your assistance in extending the validity period so I can reschedule and take my exam.
