Based on your inquiry, we understand that you need help with having your Azure Fundamentals Certification visible on your Learn Profile.
Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly are no longer available for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.
Since you received a Certification Badge, this confirms that you passed the AZ-900 Exam with Certiport. Your Microsoft certification progress completed by passing exams with Certiport can only be managed through Certiport portal. For this reason, currently it is not possible to have any certification progress completed in Certiport visible in MS Learn.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.
In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
