Welcome to Microsoft Community. We hope this message finds you well.
As we understand, you want to know how to share your Transcript.
If you want to share your Transcript (With your Learning History), for that, you need to know where locate the Transcript ID and Access Code.
Note that the Transcript Sharing tool will enable you to share your Transcript securely to anyone using a Transcript ID and access Code. That Access Code is system generated.
To better assist you, we have included the complete steps below:
Go to your Dashboard > View Transcript > select “Share or Download”.
On the next page, you can create an Access Code. The code must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 8 characters. You will not be required to create a Transcript ID, since the system will create it automatically.
Once the code is created, you can provide the link mentioned below along with the Transcript ID and Access Code to share your transcript: Transcript Sharing Tool (microsoft.com)
To stop sharing your Transcript, simply change your Access Code by selecting ¨Here¨ on the pop-up page after clicking the share button.
Please let us know if the resolution provided solved your inquiry and if additional assistance is needed.
If this solved your problem, please let us know clicking “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience helps you with your inquiry. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business days.
Wish you a nice day,
