How to generate "Access Code" for certificate verification

My employer is asking me to share the "Access Code" & "Transcript ID".

I was following this link to generate it https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/all/how-to-get-access-code-to-validate-the-certificate/775baa15-e437-47b3-84ac-304832efd05a

But when I go to that link it redirects me to a new portal where I have the option "Transcript" on the left side menu. When I go to that link it gives me one option "Share link" but there is no option "Share"

Please help me to generate the "Access Code" & "Transcript ID".

Answer

Hello Sumanta!

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft’s Community.

As we understand, you need to get your Transcript ID to share with your employer. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

A new update has happened, and the sharing of the information has changed, for you to be able to share your Transcript, please follow these steps:

  • Sign into your Learn profile.

  • Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

  • In the profile menu, select Transcript. Your transcript displays all successfully completed certifications and modules.

  • Select “Share link” to generate an online link to your transcript you can share with potential employers. Save, share, or email a copy of your transcript, from the Print link. (Choose “Save to PDF” or print from the Printer drop-down menu. You can then attach the downloaded PDF to an email, print, or save it for your records.)

To stop the Transcript sharing, just generate another link.

We hope you find this information helpful.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. Have an excellent day,

Sebastian Florez.
