Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.
Based on your inquiry, we understand you completed a Course on MS Learn, but no certificate of completion was received. We are happy to help.
Courses and Modules completed via MS Learn do not issue completion certificates. These courses help you to prepare for taking the requirement Exams for any desired Certification.
Depending on the course taken, it will only help you prepare for taking the related exam, which after passing should reward you with a Certification. One example is the AI-900T00-A: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Course that helps you prepare for the AI-900 exam, which awards the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals - Certifications | Microsoft Learn.
