How to get the AI-900 certificate in certiport to microsoft account?

Hi, I have completed AI-900 exam through certiport and passed. I was told that the certificate in certiport will automatically merge into microsoft certificate. But it's been 3 months since i completed my certification but iam unable to see the certification in my microsoft certification portal. Please help me merging the certificates , so that i can upload in my company portal.

Hello Mokshi.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

As we understand, you have not been able to view your Certiport Certificate here on your Certification profile.

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

In this case, what you can do is share your Certification or transcript on Certiport is:

  1. Log in, change your role to Trial Candidate, and click on the "My Transcript" tab.

  2. Here you can view your score reports or print online copies of the certificates earned by clicking on the "PDF" links (only certificates that Certiport complies with can be printed).

  3. For additional information about transcripts and certificates, read the Using your test candidate profile page
