How to get voucher/promotion code

Dear Microsoft,

I have earned two vouchers by attending Microsoft events and claimed one today which is expiring on 03/31/2021. I tried to schedule exam and its asking me to pay and my question is where can I get voucher/promotion code.

Also, sometimes my profile shows the earned vouchers and sometimes won't. It says "No available discounts. There are no discounts associated with
your email address". Do you have any step by step guide how to redeem or get voucher code.

Hello Nishar,

 

If you have attended the event on July 13, 2020 onwards, you are eligible for a voucher less exam discount by linking the registered email address on your Certification Profile.

 

This should only take up to 5 business days after the event has concluded before you can use your exam discount.

 

If you have attended the Microsoft Training Day, you may follow the steps through this link on how you may redeem your exam discount.

 

To redeem you exam discount from the Event that you have attended, please refer to the steps below.

 

  1. On desired Exam Details page, select Schedule with Pearson VUE. Sign-in with MSA (personal Microsoft Account). Create or update certification profile as required.

  2. On Exam Discounts page, enter email used to register for the event (if different than the Cert MSA email) and select Check Eligibility.

Note: If the email used to register for the event is the same as the MSA (Microsoft Account) email used for certification, there is no need to verify and link – discount should automatically appear to be claimed.

  1. You will receive an email with a verification code. Subject line of email: Verify your account ownership and will be from mswwprog@microsoft.com.

  2. Enter verification code from email to verify eligibility.

Note: Verification code is valid for 15 minutes only. If necessary, you can resend verification code from Exam Discounts page.

  1. Agree to share data (if work or school account) and link accounts.

  2. Claim appropriate discount and schedule exam

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the troubleshooting steps until the error message via private message along with the requested information so we may continue troubleshooting with you.

Also, for us to identify which event, please attach the actual email confirmation that you have attended an event.
